Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
Warrants
How can an individual without an attorney find out if they have outstanding warrants? Does the person have to call each County courthouse in the State to find out if there are warrants out for them in that County?

Re: Warrants
The short answer is to visit the county sheriff and give them your full name and date of birth. Of course, you'd want to take along your toothbrush.
You should call the court that you know has issued a warrant and ask if there are other warrants in the system. This information is at their fingertips. If they will no provide this info over the phone, you may have to call each court that you believe has ordered a warrant.
