The maximum possible sentence on each count is 5 years and or $10,000 fine. The actual punishment will depend on many variables from how many priors, who was the victim, how was it taken, how strong is their proof, the quality of the lawyers, the mood of the judge. In other words, the actual punishment is hard to predict. If you have further questions or comments contact me directly.
