Racial discrimination mediation with large corporation

I have filed a claim of racial discrimination against my employer. I have detailed documentation showing almost undeniably that my claim is warranted. After reporting the claim to my employer they agreed to a mediation. My company is very large and concerned with their image. What type of settlement can I expect in the mediation?
