Legal Question in DUI Law in Washington

3rd dui

Can i get my license back before the 4 years the court suspended it for. The dol suspended it for 2 years and my cdl for 1 year. So how soon can i get my license?

All license suspension is handled through the DOL. When the court suspends your license, they are really just notifying DOL of the conviction and DOL suspends it. So, if DOL is willing to give you your license back after 3, 2 or even 1 year than have at it. If you need further assistance I would contact Barbara Bowden in Lakewood for dealing with the DOL.
