Legal Question in DUI Law in Washington

clearing my name

I was convicted of D.U.I in 1999. Went to treatment, paid fines. Somehow my certificate of treatment never got infront of the judges face. now I have a warrant and am doing treatment again. when I'm done, how do I present the judge with a new certificate without getting arrested and taken to jail?
