Contributing to a Minor

Can someone sue you for getting them a contributing to a minor ticket? This happened in Oregon, would it be possible?

Since it happened in Oregon it really relates to Oregon law and you should re-post in that section. You will also need to give the fact of whether the minor deceived the contributor in some way.
