Legal Question in DUI Law in Washington

DUI arrest

I was denied a court appointed attorney and have to defend myself and/or talk to the prosector. This is my 1st offense and would like to know how I can defend myself the best I can.

A DUI may be the most technically and legally complicated case there is. For this reason, it is virtually impossible for a person not legally trained and then knowledgeable in DUI issues to defend the case. You absolutely need to hire an attorney. if you'd like my assistance contact me directly.
