I got a DUI in AZ in 07 and have completed the requirements BUT NOW Washington State is requiring high risk ins and an intoxilator on the ignition and charged me with a DWS when I didn't know it was suspended

The requirement is that the send notice of the license suspension to the last address you provided DOL. If they failed than your argument that you didn't know it was suspended will get the case dismissed. Contact me directly for further assistance.
