Got Dui and wasn't driving that night

Situation... I was in the passenger seat of Brooke's car and we were in a drive thru line for fast food. Another friend(Jill) was in her car in front of Brooke's car when guy flicked cig into Jills window. Jill and Maya jumped out to confront this guy by his car(30 ft away). Guy physically hit Maya in face and drove off. To do Jill a favor as she comforted Maya I jumped out of the passenger seat of Brookes car to move Jill's running car out of middle of drive-thru line so she would not get in trouble and people could get through the line. With door still open, I put emergency break down as I was looking over at the situation. Car rolled back less than a foot and Jill's door hit Brooke's car. Since Jill did not see what happened I confessed to her and cop. Cop gave me field sobriety and breathalizer(.14). I was taken to station where later blew (.16 then a .17) 3mins later. Given DUI...1st one. Since I was on Jack N Box property is it considered private and can a DUI be issued. The only testimony cop has is mine. I am the only person who saw it happen. I had not been driving the entire night nor at any point was I planning on it. I had a designated driver. I guess I just want suggestions on the situation.

Yes you can be charged with DWI even on private property , and ecen for driving just a little. You may have some mitigating circumstances to negotiate with prosecutor but you do need an attorney.
