Legal Question in DUI Law in Washington
DUI to reckless driving
I might be able to get my DUI dropped to a reckless driving charge, as far as I can tell they have the same repurcussions. Why would I want to accept this?

Re: DUI to reckless driving
Good question. There is no mandatory jail time, fine, or ignition interlock requirement on a reckless driving. The license suspension period may also be different defending on the specifics of your DUI.
