Legal Question in DUI Law in Washington

Dui

I have a washington state driver's license but I got a DUI in Michigan state. Is my license also suspended in Washington?

It COULD be. Most of the US states are members of a compact where your Washington license could be affected if you violate an out of state law that, under similar Washington law, would result in a license suspension. However, Michigan is not, to my knowledge, part of this compact. Even so, if it reports the offense to Washington, your license will most likely be impacted.
