Legal Question in DUI Law in Washington

need help with dui,failure to appear

In December 2005, i got in to an accident while intoxicated. I went to my arraignment but I was moving and couldn't go back for my court date. I felt I had no choice at the time. I want to settle this I am not a bad person and this is killing me. I have no license nor any sort of state i.d. How do I settle this from another state? If I can't how can I get a state ID to travel. I am in need of legal help. If anyone can give me advice that would be great.
