Re: Dwi
I'll preface this answer by stating this would apply to a "standard" DUI (i.e., one without serious injury or anything that would have this be charged as a felony). For a 3rd DUI within 7 years, the max remains the same: up to 365 days jail and up to $5000 fine. The minimums are what change: If a BAC of .08 or above but less than .15, at least 90 days in jail, followed by 120 days of electronic home monitoring (EHM), a fine of $1971, and a three year DL revocation. If a BAC of .15 or over, at least 120 days in jail, followed by 150 days EHM, a fine of $2821, and a four year revocation of the DL. In any case, an alcohol eval will be required and she would have to install an ignition interlock on her car for either 1 year or 5 years after the revocation is up(depending on whether she had to do so before).
