fleeing warrent
my son received a duii and evading police 2 years ago and before his hearing left the state. he now feels he needs to deal with it. what kind of punishment is he looking at?

That can be difficult to predict. The most compelling factor is other criminal history of your son. But there are a number of factors that influence the punishment. The strength of the case against him is also very significant but requires a seasoned attorney to gauge accurately.
