Legal Question in DUI Law in Washington

lawyer is not helping me

It seems my lawyer is just going through the motions. Since I sind the retainer and fee contract he just doesn't seem to really be trying to help me. I am scared to death! what can I do?

The best suggestion I have is to arrange for an appointment and sit down face to face and speak to the lawyer about his approach to the case, possible outcomes (best case vs. worst case) and the timing of all events. Tell him you are very concerned about how your case is being handled as this state has the most severe DUI laws in the nation. If you do not get a satisfactory resolution, then you'll have tofind another lawyer, which means more time and expense. Good Luck!
