Legal Question in DUI Law in Washington

Is there a statue of limitations on dui laws

I am wondering how long a dui case can go on without sentencing being completed. And what if the person couldnt afford to do the treatment ?

A drunk driving case can go on indefinitely if the person fails to appear for sentencing and a warrant issues. Warrants do expire in a few years but a lot depends upon the facts of your case. I need more information to give you a better and more complete answer. It also depends upon where in the process a person ends up, i.e., at the arraignment stage, pretrial stage or sentencing stage. I need more information.
