I take it from your question you are referring to whether a DUI probation can be transferred from one state to another, as there would be no basis to transfer the prosecution of a DUI to another state. I have yet to see the "transfer" of a DUI probation to another state, as the tasks for a DUI (treatment or educational class, and so on) can typically be done in any state. That is, one can move out of state but still comply with tasks and provide proof to the local court.
