Legal Question in DUI Law in Washington
What to do??
If someone has a warrant in Washington state for DUII and is currently in custody at an Oregon prison would it be better to deal with Washington charges now or after being released? He has 9 more months to serve.

Unfortunately, if he's in jail out of state, to my knowledge the WA court won't take any action to have him brought before it on a DUI here, so despite his wishes, the answer to your question is that it'll have to wait until his release.
