Gifting realastate are ther limations to the amount. and in the event of state asstid helth care cane the state come back and clame or lean the gifted realastate.

There are no limits but there are tax issues, and further, the government takes a dim view these days of gifting away assets in order to qualify for medicare/medicaid benefits. You really need to talk to an attorney. Powell
