power of attorney conflict
How as my Fathers daughter can i get the upper hand over his power of attorney when he was incompetent of choosing his power of attorney and he is blind as well?

Well, there are plenty of blind people who are perfectly competent. If you have questions regarding the integrity of your father's attorney in fact, you should consult an attorney who specializes in guardianships.
Also, every county in Washington has a DSHS division called Adult Protective Services. Similar to Child Protective Services. If you think that your father has been taken advantage of, or that he had competency issues at the time he signed his Durable Power of Attorney, you can direct your concerns to APS and they can decide whether to investigate or not.
