Wills
If I write on a piece of paper my last will and testament and have it notarized, is it considered legal?

A hand-written, or holographic, will is not considered legal in Washington State. Also, if typed, the notary isn't the key -- you need two witnesses. The notary merely affirms that the witnesses witnessed the signing and are who they state they are -- called a "self-proving" will.
