Can someone use your voice on a recorded song (Lead) and not credit or compensate you on music for a movie deal they make selling it?

Not unless you have assiged or waived your copyright in the performance/recording.
Back in the 1950's many artists lost their (c) compensation by taking "studio fees" and signing a document which waived all future residuals and royalties.
Hopefully you signed no such document.
