Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Washington

not paid for acting

I worked as an actor in a commercial for a company I no longer work for. The commercial aired 10 times. I did not sign a waiver for them to use my likeness/image. Do they owe me money ?

Are you a member of SAG, or AFTRA, or any other Guild? If not, it is a matter of contract and it does not sound as if you had one, as a result, no compensation.
