Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

45 days ago I moved out of our home to attend inpatient alcohol treatment. While gone, my wife changed all of bank account numbers, obtained a no contact order, implied she is cancelling my medical insurance, has cancelled my auto insurance, cancelled my cell phone number, kept my tools of trade. I have no money and very few personal possessions. Living with 85 year old mother. What are my options. We both reside in WA State
