my 14 year old
My ex has physical custody of our 14 year old daughter,we just tried mediation for me to get visitation because i moved to california,and he will not let her come here,well mediation did not work.
Anyway i just found out that her father (my ex) is letting boys stay the night with my daughter and her step sister who is the same age,what can i do about this because i do not like it at all,my daughter told me she made out with her boyfriend for the first time when he stayed the night

You will have get a court order. That will require filing the appropriate action in that court. You might also check with the local law enforcement about the legality of father allowing his daughter to have sex at 14, first try to get a tape recording of her statement that the boys are staying over night. She might change her story when the police talk to her.
