Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

10 years ago I adopted my wifes child knowing that I would be responsible for him, 2 years later we divorced. At the time he was 5 years old and knew me as Dad. His real father released all rights to him, but during these past 10 years his mother has told him who his father is and has promoted this relationship, in the meantime I have tried to be inovolved but many times I feel I am fighting a losing battle, yet I am the one supporting him. Our divorce decree is very loosly put together, becuase at the time we lived close to each other and there was not any reason to think otherwise (I guess hind site is 20/20), but now we live on opposite sides of the state, but it might as well be on the other side of the world (he has been to my house 3 times in 7 years, but not for a lack of trying). Currently instead of coming here for winter break he went to oklahoma to see him. So here is my questions: Since I seem to be a third wheel here, can this adoption be reversed? or other than redoing the divorce decree, do I have any other possibilities?

It would be an uphill battle, but if you have the ability to pay for the fight, it might be worth researching the law in the matter.
