16yr old rights against parenting plan

What rights do a 16 yr old have when just being stubburn about rules?

16 year old is not a party to a parenting plan, the parents are the parties.

The plan assigns time with the child to each parent, at different times. It doesn't speak to teen's obedience, and the teen is not a party.

If a PARENT fails to follow the plan, the other parent can enforce the order with a contempt action.
