Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Abuse of Process

My soon to be ex and I completed court ordered mediation and reached a final settlement on our dissolution case including all the terms. Recently she has begun to harrass me with all sorts of additional demands and conditions saying that she is going to the court for this and that. All of her demands are already covered in our settlement agreement. Is there anything I can do to keep her from harassing me continually like this?

Re: Abuse of Process

A first step would be to get the final documents prepared, offered to her for signature and in place, and if she won't sign Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law and Decree (and Parenting Plan and Order of Support if appropriate) that are consistent with the settlement agreement, then settlement agreements generally include a term that allows them to be entered into the record and enforced.
