Tomorrow morning go to the closest Superior Courthouse. If you don't know where that is look on line at courts dot wa dot gov. There is a lot of information available there, including how to get a domestic violence restraining order.

The facilitator at the court house will assist you with this - they can't write it for you, but they can help you get to see a judge.

Once the judge signs the order, the police will serve it on your husband.

They will allow him a "civil standby" to get his essential personal effects out of the house. They will not let him near you.
