my boyfriend of almost 4 years is the only father may 6 and 7 year old children know. we are going to get married next week and i contacted the childrens birth father who has agreed to lead my boyfriend adopt them but we dont have much money and no one will direct us were to go to get help or even know what to do

It is unclear if this is a WA question or an OH question. If this is an OH question you should make that clear. I will assume it is a WA question. First off the father of your children should sign a waiver of parental relationship and consent to adopt. Adoption is not an inexpensive process, with a few exceptions. You will want to retain counsel, and the court will typically want to have an investigation done (which you should anticipate to cost between $2000 and $4000).
