Can I get custody of my childern back even though my mom adopted them. CPS took my childern and I never did go to court and signed them over to my mom who kept telling me a piece of paper does not matter we know your the mother and you can have them back. She lied.

The courts are do not favor overturning adoptions. The only way you would have significant prospect of success is if you did not have notice. If you had notice and did not appear or file an objection you a going to have a difficult time overturning the adoption.
