Legal Question in Family Law in Washington
adultery / inactive activating soon...
If while still actively having sex with me, my husband had unprotected sex many times with another female. He and I both have an STD, he knowingly had sex with her, and continued to have unprotected sex with me. He is inactive Nat. guard, but activates soon. JAG said they wont talk to either of us until 31 days after he activates...if he knowingly infected one woman, endangering myself with the possibility of another disease, is there an enforceable punishment ?

This is not a family law question. You should propose it under criminal law. I can tell you that adultery is not a crime under Washington law, and although it is a violation of the UCMJ, I don't think that the UCMJ is effective against reserve component service members except during training periods or active duty. You may want to resubmit the question under criminal law.
