Advice needed
My ex-wife to be's lawyer never responds to anything we ask her. It will be 3 months on the 29th. of March. Is there anyway we can force her to respond and negociate so I can get this thing over with?

Yes. Make it really expensive not to respond. If you are serious about getting the divorce over with, set up a mediation with a neutral and be prepared to deal.
The most effective way to do this is to be able to demonstrate to the court that you are ready willing and able to get it over with, but the other side is not responsive and is stonewalling. have your attorney go into full trial preparation mode. That will usually shock recalcitrant attorneys to their senses.
If you are not represented then your wife's attorney is attempting to keep some distance because the lawyer does not want to be accused of behaving improperly towards you. You can effectuate communication in writing. That way you can document all the efforts you are making to resolve the matter. Settlement negotiations are not admissible as evidence, however.
Hope this helps. Powell
