What age can a minor decide which parent they wish to live with?

In Washington State at what age can a child decide which parent they want to reside with after a divorce?

There really isn't an age. It is up to the judge hearing the matter whether or not to take the minor's wishes into consideration. The court's main job is to determine what is in the best interests of the child. Sometimes they will talk to the child and take their wishes into consideration, but the bottom line is the judge will order whatever he feels is in the best interests of the child.
