Amanstipation
Can you get amanstipated while living in foster care?
If your parents died before going to foster care and have money for you when you trun 18, can you collect if amanstipated at 16? Graduated highschool early 16 years old, and want to start going to college.

Who has legal authority over you at this time, i.e. who is your guardian? You may live in foster care, but somebody else may have legal authority. That person (could be the State) would have to support your petition for your emancipation petition to have much chance of success.
