Legal Question in Family Law in Washington
I need help! My attorney has filed an "Intent to withdraw" under Civil Rule 71(c) and I don't know why. I haven't been able to get in touch with him, but I will do whatever I need to so I can keep him as my attorney, is there anyway I can block it or stop it from happening? If so, How do I go about doing that? Please get back to me ASAP!

An attorney doesn't need to have any reason to withdraw so long as it doesn't prejudice you (e.g. withdraw day of trial with no continuance sought). Presumably you owe him money or he has to withdraw for some other reason. You should also have been contacted either with personal service of it, or by certified mail (may be forthcoming) of the intent to withdraw.
