Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

what can I do to get my baby back

I have a 7 month old baby and the dad watched her while I was at work. Once he found out that there is a chance that he may not be the dad he wouldn't give her back to me. He went and served me with a no contact order and a parenting plan. Yes he is on the birth certificate because I really didn't think anyone else could be the dad, until I was notified and we added up the dates. I have to go to court on the no contact, on Dec 8, 06 and I am wondering what I can do to get my daughter back from my ex. I know that there is 3 possible fathers. I am scared that I might lose my baby. I am 18 years old and I really have no family support except for the other possible dad that would like to see if my daughter is his. Please try to help me, I want my baby back.

You may want to file a petition for residential schedule (and motion for temporary orders) if the paternity is not at issue. If paternity is at issue, you should file a paternity action (and a motion for temporary orders).
