My baby daddy is not on my sons birth certificate can I still get child support without him on the birth certificate?

Your son's biological father you mean? Absence of his name on a birth certificate does not excuse his requirement to pay child support, but you will need to first establish paternity (i.e. prove that he is the child's father).
