Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Back shild support

My finance and his ex girlfriend is going threw a custody battle. She got him on almost 5 years back child support. They lived together the whole time except 10 months. She was receiving state assistance because she stated she didn't know who the father of the child was. They have a restraining order in place restraining him from her. He has gotten in trouble for violating the order. Can he get in trouble for fighting the back child support, since they lived together?

Re: Back shild support

Mr. preble's right - he needs to gather the evidence that shows they were living together, and the documentation regarding parentage. He needs an attorney to help him get the information so he is not accused of violating any orders.

Re: Back child support

No.

He should gather together the evidence he has of his residence--bills, letters, envelopes, pictures, statements of neighbors, etc.

Sounds like she may have committed fraud if I understand your question correctly.
