my ex boyfriend took sexual pictures of me while I was sleeping. How can I get those pictures destroyed before he shows someone or posts them on the internet?

You may be able to compel the return of the photos as your property in a civil suit. You would have difficult time getting an order prohibiting him from publishing them, but you could well win a civil suit for the publication without your permission (I presume you did not sign a model release).
