Legal Question in Family Law in Washington
Boyfriend's Ex Is Yanking His Chain!
My boyfriend and his ex-wife have two children, ages 15 and 12. They live in AZ, and she rarely lets him even talk to the kids. She has violated the parenting plan many times, (especially trash talking my boyfriend to the kids) but we don't have the money for an attorney. Last month she got frustrated with her 12 year old daughter and offered permanent custody to my boyfriend. She has since changed her mind a half a dozen times, now we can't even have a visit, and my boyfriend hasn't seen his daughter in 2 years. She claims that my boyfriend's daughter's therapist has recommended that my boyfriend has no contact whatsoever with his daughter, as she's been diagnosed with PTSD and Stockholm Syndrome. My boyfriend NEVER did or said anything that he is being accused of, but his ex won't even give him the name of the therapist so he can talk to him about this farcical diagnosis!! Is there anything we can do?

Re: Boyfriend's Ex Is Yanking His Chain!
It is unclear from this question, whether this is a WA or AZ question. Where was the parenting plan entered? Who lives in AZ? How long have they been in AZ? These are jurisdictional questions and control whether this is an AZ or WA question.
