Breaking up but her name is on title
I'm going through a breakup. I bought my house 4 years ago when I sold a home in CA. It's paid off. Unfortunatly I put my partners name on the title when I bought it but she didn't move in fora year. Now we are breaking up and I want her out. I tried to be nice about it, and said I'll take my name off the condo she bought, which has my name on the title and is rented out. I have never seen a penny from that nor did I pay taxes or insurance on it, but I did all the repairs needded, and we'll take your name off my house(which is worth more) and she has lived in and helpped with the taxes and sometimes the utilities. Anyways, she is being a real hard nose about it and I'm getting kind of worried how long she will stay and be mean to me. What can I do Leagaly to get her out.

If you have a registered domestic partnership, you can seek to dissolve it and dispose of property through that action, otherwise you have a real estate case. You not only want to get your future former partner out, you will want them off the title. You will need to do a suit to settle the title. You probably need a real estate attorney. You may want to to repost this as a real estate matter.
