Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

broke, bummed, and balling

yes, i have been deserted, walke out on and left and left w/o any financual means or access or fair warnings. problem i am encountering is the same ones i have been encountering since feb.18/08; and those issues are of the obvious here , i need help. if i could just obtain a lawyers interest long enough to help me out here then SOONER rather than LATER i would actually have financual means etc.

there definately is money in accts. and all to be able to have funds for a lawyer. ha, but heck- eh? i need to get my legal rights that i know i do have here and get myself out of this nasty and rude sitsuation and move forward and all.help please?anyone have any input i most definately will be greatful you took the time. (i am not by any means here , stretching any truths ), none.feb18 to now, is WAY TO LONG

Re: broke, bummed, and balling

The only part of your question that was relevant was, "i have been deserted, walke out on and left and left w/o any financual means or access . . . ;" From this question I cannot tell if you are married. I can't tell whether there are children involved. Based on the information you have provided, the answer is to go to your county courthouse/justice center and ask to see the family law facilitator. They can advise you on whether you can file for whatever you need with a waiver of the filing fee; they should also be able to get you the correct forms.
