In a divorce, what is the percentange split when a business is owned and operated by both husband and wife?

"Just and equitable" - code for whatever the court thinks is fair considering all the circumstances. Frankly it is a loose standard, so the more information you go in with supporting your position the better off you are. There are litigation support services that will do a forensic evaluation of the value of the business and help you figure it out.
