Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

business trip visitation

My ex-husband is out of town on business. this week-end would have been his week-end to have the girls. he says that the girls still have to come out for his visitation time.

I say they don't because he won't be there for them to visit with, only his spouse will be. what should i do? does it work that way?
