Car loan

Im recently divorced and had a loan on a car that my ex drives the loan is only in my name and so is the regisured owner of car in the divorce she was to pay full coverage insurance to protect loan well she has droped insurance and the loan company whats me to pay for there insurance or cover car myself i cant afford to do that what r my rights i have a car i can give her car i take my car back and give her mine it paid for and in good shape

It was unclear from your question what the decree said about who gets the car and the debt associated with it. If it provides that she takes the debt then if you have to pay it yourself you may want to then invoke your hold harmless clause. The decree will have a major effect on what your remedies are.
