As to the Meeting place, have you and the other parent changed the location already and are acting on it? If so, make a written pleading that is only one page entitled "Agreed Modification of Exchange Location" setting out the location and referring to the paragraph of the parenting plan you are modifying. Have both parents sign it and mail it to the court clerk.

If you did not file a notice of relocation when you moved, you may be OK if the other parent has gone along with it for 3 years. You need to read paragraph 3.14 of the plan.

As to your address, you are probably talking about the child support order rather than the parenting plan, unless your particular plan has specific language regarding address notification. If so, follow the terms of your plan.

The support order form states for both parties that they shall provide:

Service Address: (You may list an address that is not your residential address where you agree to accept legal documents.)

Also each party "Must Immediately File With the Court and the Washington State Child Support Registry and Update as Necessary the Confidential Information Form Required by RCW 26.23.050."

That form can be found at http://www.courts.wa.gov/forms/documents/DrPsCu9_0200.doc.

Send a copy to the Court Clerk in the county where your order was entered.

Send a copy to the Washington State Support Registry, P. O. Box 45868, Olympia, WA 98504; Phone: 1-800-922-4306 or 1-800-442-5437

Send a copy to your ex so he/she knows where to serve you.
