Am I responsible for wife's baby from an affair if divorce is not legal when child is born?

A husband is presumed to be the father of children born during a marriage and for 300 days after the termination of the marriage by any means. This presumption is rebuttable, but their is a limitation on how long a person can wait and argue it. See RCW 26.26.116 for more on this.
