Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

my child is 12 and out of control ,she refuses to follow are rules and is sexually active we suspect with adult men .she was also recently arrested for shoplifting and is refusing to attend school we want her locked up for her own safety and ours

Your daughter does not make legal decisions for herself, you do. There are many educational facilities that you may send your daughter to that will cater to troubled youth.

You may want to speak with a counselor to evaluate facilities.
