Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Couple has kids unmarried split up bio dad has the kids at his moms she is watching them and the mom breaks in through a window and grabs the kids as she is leaving bio dads sister is walking in the door they fight and the sister beats up the x girlfriend when the police come they say its a cival matter and refuse to take a report.. So now the x girl friend has the kids. The next day she goes in a files papers goes in front of a judge and she tells him the X boy friend beat her up, which is a lie, it was the sister who was protecting her self... What do you suggest the x girl firiends plans on taking the kids back to Etheopia asap, also the x girlfriend was in a mental hospital 2 years ago and was recently fired from her care giving job went to the x's sister's employment and yelled and screamed about her and the family ( mental problems ?) I was asked for my opinion and I said I would find out what they should be doing.

Honestly? I suggest you get together about four thousand dollars and hire the best attorney you can find as soon as possible.

I KNOW that is not what you want to hear, but it is the best advice I can give you.

You could start by calling Peter Karademos in Spokane; he will know somebody closer to you. He's very well regarded.
